Someone I know recently had a need to turn a Tumblr page into a group page under their account. Reasonable request, right? It’s actually not that hard (there’s some manual labor involved, but nothing too crazy).

Why does it take Apple three weeks to respond to an email? Every time I send something to anyone@apple.com, I envision some intern with a lottery-ball mixer full of support emails, picking one every 20 minutes and distributing it among the 3 employees they have in that department.

Getting an email from an eBay member may be the most annoying email I get. When I see “You’ve received a question about your eBay item” it makes me want to de-list it.
