That might be a touch excessive. When I first read it, I thought it said 3.5 minutes. My brain couldn’t comprehend waiting 3.5 hours for a transcode. Look, I’m all for Vimeo charging a modest fee for their service, but 3.5 hours to post a 5 second clip? If there’s really that much of a backup then it might be time to add a couple servers. Or just use YouTube.
